About Misty
Misty P is 200hr Yoga Alliance registered Instructor. She has owned her own studios. Along with completing countless workshops and teacher trainings thru the years, she has facilitated a number of her own teacher trainings. She brings humor, light heartedness, and fun to the mat. Her classes tend to be easily relatable and understandable, but still provide a challenge.
