In this Hot 26 immersion for Yoga Teachers and community participants, registrants will study the Hot 26 Yoga dialogue over the course of 10 weeks.  Upon full completion of requirements, Certified YA yoga teachers will be eligible for 25 Hours of Yoga Alliance certified continuing education credits.  This is a wonderful way to brush up on already studied dialogue, new dialogue or review poses.

Participants will complete 5 posture clinics with famed Hot 26 yoga teacher, Cindy Lunsford.  Cindy will dive into greater detail about the postures and the overall practice/teaching of the Hot 26 & 2 (aka Bikram Yoga).  At the culmination of the training, there will be an interactive class with Cindy at Nashville Yoga Company.  Participants can attend all sessions live or on Zoom (mandatory for CE Hours), or attend per module.  Final test out of the dialogue will be up to the individual trainee but it is expected that each trainee will be available to take each test class and provide feedback to their peers.

The options for participation are:

$995 - 25 Hour CEUs

Includes dialogue, in-person or zoom lead classes, interactive class and a printed certificate of completion.

$595  - No CEUs, does not include dialogue or testing procedure requirements.

$99 - General attendance to individual modules.

$40 - Attendance to Round Table Training Class

In-person sessions meet on the Tuesday nights listed below from 5:30p - 7:30p at The Studio Belle Meade.  Zoom options are also available.

September 12th - Module One: Pranayama and Warm Up
October 3rd - Module Two: Balancing
October 10th - Module Three: Standing
November 7th - Module Four: Spine Strengthening
November 21st - Module Five: Floor

Certification Class to follow in December, or on-line options available.

Registrants will receive dialogue as soon as all monies have been collected so sign up soon to get started.  This will be full training.  Space is limited.  Sign up as soon as possible to secure your spot.

Expectations of trainees for CE credits:

* memorize dialogue

* read Hell Bent

* attend all posture clinic sessions or watch recordings

* attend final interactive class
